What Signa is, for you
Signa is the platform you programme on. You describe the athlete and the goal. A periodized plan appears for your review. You keep every call — the exercise, the load, the rest — in a studio built for programming rather than in a spreadsheet.
Your athletes train in a free app on the other side of the same plan. Check-ins, sessions, and questions land in one roster, summarised before you open their week.
If you are not on Signa yet, get access or book a demo.
AI Plan Generation
Describe the athlete and the goal. In seconds you have a complete block to review: phases, sessions, the work that belongs in each week.
It is a draft. You are responsible for what you assign. Change anything that is not how you coach. Keep everything that is.
Plan Studio
Plan Studio is where that draft becomes yours. Blocks, sessions, intervals — one canvas. Edit a single athlete or a pattern you reuse. The studio is the programming desk; the AI is the first pass.
Auto Progression sits underneath. Completed work sets the next load. Progress follows what was actually lifted, not a feeling in the notes.
The roster
Roster Intelligence is the briefing before the day. Who checked in. Who asked. Who trained. You do not wait for the appointment to find out how the week went.
Daily check-ins from your athletes — sleep, soreness, readiness — update the next session before they arrive. AI Coach answers routine questions at any hour, grounded in the plan you wrote, and flags what you still need to see.
Getting your athletes on
Once you have access, you add athletes from your roster and they download the app. They train. You programme. The two sides stay on the same plan.
Migration of an existing client list is part of onboarding when you join — you should not have to rebuild every athlete by hand.
